Patients with early Prostate cancer who opt for active surveillance, making adequate diet and lifestyle modifications may be able to delay conventional treatment for at least 2 years. According to the GEMINAL study, Intensive Lifestyle modifications modulate certain key genes in early Prostate cancer. These studies are motivating medical practitioners to actively promote lifestyle modifications in patients with Prostate cancer.
